• Grief

You may be experiencing severe emotional pain, a turbulent rollercoaster of emotions, or even numbness. Maybe your grief feels complicated, bringing up conflicting emotions for you. You might wonder if you’ll ever come out of this state, continuing with life without the heavy weight of loss bearing down on you.

The truth is, grief, and the love we have for the ones we’ve had to say goodbye to never leaves us. But, it can become manageable, over time, and slowly, an important and significant part of your story that reminds you of the love that you carry in your heart.

No one person’s experience is exactly like the other, but you do not have to walk through this alone. I feel called to help those facing loss find their footing, and I would consider it an honor to hear your story and help you on your journey to find healing and hope for your future again. One thing that I’ve learned is that with support and an open heart, joy can be found and experienced even while walking through the heaviness of grief.

  • Life Transitions

Life is full of transitions, and some can prove to be more challenging than others. Regardless of whatever transition you are going through - a move, job change, personal growth, change in relationship, getting married, growing your family, or entering a new season of life, it is helpful to have someone to walk through that transition with you. I love to help others work to find peace in the midst of change.

  • Stress & Anxiety

You may be feeling overwhelmed by your circumstances and feel unable to manage it all. Maybe you are having a hard time quieting the constant thoughts in your head about what-ifs and worst-case scenarios. I’d love to provide a space for you to address the challenges you are experiencing and help you develop effective coping skills for managing stress and anxiety.

  • Self-Esteem

Self-esteem is something that many people struggle with at different times in life. There is great value in working to improve self-esteem - as individuals, members of your family, employees, partners, spouses, parents, and friends. Exploring and identifying the root of insecurity and self-doubt along with discovering and building on personal strengths can help to improve self-esteem and positively impact other areas of life as well. Sometimes work on communication and boundary-setting can play a positive role in increasing self-esteem and may be something that you would benefit from working on as well. I’d love to help you grow in confidence and in your understanding of yourself as an individual and within the context of the different roles and relationships you have in your life.
